Coming October 18: Our 10th Inside Tribeca Loft Tour Friends of Duane Park will hold its Inside Tribeca loft tour for the tenth time on Sunday, October 18 from 1 to 5 pm. This is a great year to take the tour. The homes and workplaces to be opened for the occasion are more varied than ever, expressing the tastes of strong and creative personalities. On display this year are two artists’ lofts, as well as the home and workplace of a photographer whose particular passion is recording Tribeca’s past and constantly evolving present. Other spaces on view include a large traditional town house and an aerie made bright with skylights atop every room. The $50 tickets will go on sale in Duane Park, at Hudson and Duane Streets, at 12:30 on the day of the tour. Duane Park is located two blocks north of Chambers Street at the corner of Hudson and Duane Streets. Take the 1, 2, or 3 train to Chambers Street and walk two blocks north on Hudson to Duane. Or take the A or C to Chambers, the N or R to City Hall, or the 4, 5, or 6 to Brooklyn Bridge and walk west to Hudson and north to Duane.
